    We work with landowners throughout the UK to ensure they are receiving fair and accurate land rent payments. Underpayments are not uncommon, even when you have an accountant or agent managing your investment.

    We have identified underpayments in 75% of the land rent audits we have undertaken; and have a 98% success rate in recovering underpayments.

    If you are one of the few that are receiving correct payments, then we don’t charge you. You will still benefit from an in-depth analysis of the site’s past performance and its contribution to the local environment.

    Rest assured we do all the paperwork, and can help hunt down any you can’t find.

    1. We thoroughly review your lease agreement to confirm your full land rent entitlements;

    2. Independently re-calculate your past land rents using our expert knowledge;

    3. Work with your site operator to correct any underpayments on your behalf;

    4. Provide a detailed report to explain our findings and show how well the site is performing in plain English;

    5. In over a third of cases we have successfully recovered 100% of our audit fee directly from the site operator.
